Bring your historical questions with you, as officers will be taking time off from the battle to chat with newcomers to the area. How to find Motor Mill: The route to Motor Mill begins just outside Elkader, IA where Iowa Highway 13 intersects with County C1X (Grape Road.) Take C1X across three concrete bridges.
