| Description: |
Effigy Mounds National Monument continues the 47th annual Winter Film Festival on Saturday, March 13th, with Trains Along the Upper Mississippi. Because the film is one hour and 47 minutes long, the films will be shown on Saturday, March 13th and 14th at 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and as usual, Monday March 15th at 1:00 p.m. Flanking the western shore of the upper Mississippi River runs Canadian Pacific’s River Subdivision, a busy main line that supports nonstop flow of traffic. Trains Along the Upper Mississippi has plenty of trains, gorgeous scenery, and great variety including Milwaukee Road and Soo Line. This week''s display will feature the artwork from the students of Clayton Ridge High School led by art instructor Ruth Deutmeyer.
